This is legendary fisherman Henry Cate. The DNR took this picture in 1986. Henry died in 1998. The Henry Vassa Cate Fishing Reef was named in 2000 by the Coastal Resources Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. There is a marker at the site. (Twin Sisters and Dubignions Creek area of St. Simons Sound)
